POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Specialist works collaboratively with leadership and associates at all levels to bring our mission statement to life in their area(s) of responsibility and stewardship. Oversees the daily operations of an assigned community with emphasis on improving operational performance. Operations Specialists also assist with specific projects that transcend local and regional parameters. Ensures that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its policies/procedures and coaching the leaders and associates within their assigned area(s) to align with stated mission, values, objectives and policies/procedures. Because of its broad scope of responsibility, thorough knowledge of company systems and processes is required as well as the ability to plan many different kinds of operational activities. Effective leadership is critical in this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  1. Collaborate with CSC Leadership, Regional, and local leadership to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
  2. Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress toward business performance objectives
  3. Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
  4. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  5. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
  6. Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
  7. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
  8. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
  9. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  10. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  11. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
